What Am I Looking At On The Sample Report?

You are looking at an example of a comprehensive report containing:
  • 3-D view of your roof
  • Arial Photos
  • Length diagram of your ridge, valley, rake and eaves
  • Pitch diagram (Pitch is key to roof measuring - we offer that!)
  • Area measurements
  • Summary Page
  • Common Roofing Terms

      1. The Hip of a roof is where two areas of the roof meet to form an outer corner (facet)
      2. The Ridge of the Roof is where two areas of the roof meet at the top
      3. The Rake is the side edge of the sloping areas of the roof that are exposed.
      4. The Eave is the bottom of the roof that is parallel to the ground
      5. The Pitch is the angle that your roof rises up (incline).
6.The Valley is where two roof areas meet together to form a drainage channel
      7. A roofing "Square" is 100 square foot.

Our reports are 3rd party tested and verified. The colorful images include details that are much more accurate than manual measurements.
