I am a realtor in south orange county along the coast. Most of my clients in addition to obtaining a home inspection choose to get a roof inspection report.
It is impossible for most home owners or buyers to confirm the status and size of a roof that is why this service is a great second opinion on the actual size of the roof. It is a nominal cost and assists in comparing repair or replacement cost tremendously. Because most roofs are inaccessible the aerial views are great and is an asset to include in the seller's disclosures/ reports. |

| This is an excellent consumer tool. It really helps to have an accurate and impartial measurement before getting bids from contractors. It's amazing how much their estimates can vary. This can keep you from being overcharged whether its an honest mistake or not. |
